Meet Dr. Kavita Patel

Dr. Kavita Patel grew up in Ohio and is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where she graduated from dental school with honors in 2012. After completing a general practice residency, Dr. Patel practiced in Florida and Chicago before moving to Houston to be closer to her in-laws as her family began to grow.

Dr. Patel’s passion for dentistry stems from the ability to directly impact her patients’ health and lifestyles. She loves combining her artistic skills and expertise in technology to create beautiful, functional smiles. The most rewarding part of her job is helping patients smile and eat again, especially those who may have been apprehensive about dental treatment.

As a lifelong learner, Dr. Patel strives to stay up to date with the latest technologies and techniques in order to provide the highest standard of individualized care for her patients. She has always prioritized comprehensive multidisciplinary care, working in close collaboration with dental specialists to provide the best care for her patients.

She believes in giving back to the community and has volunteered on multiple international trips, working alongside doctors and public health officials to provide dental and medical care to underserved communities. Locally, she has volunteered at veteran’s events, youth events, health fairs, and homeless shelters.

When Dr. Patel isn’t in the office, you can often find her traveling and looking for an adventure. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, learning about astronomy, and doing puzzles. Dr. Patel cherishes time spent with friends and family and is committed to leaving a positive impact on the world—one smile at a time.
